• Upload a clear photo of your pet and provide any customization notes (e.g., name, colour preferences).

• Check out securely and wait for confirmation.
  We’ll review your image for quality and reach out if any adjustments are needed.

• Use a clear, well-lit image showing your pet’s face and expression.

• Avoid dark or blurry photos.

• Natural light usually works best.

• You can upload more than one photo if you’d like us to choose the best one.

Since each piece is custom-made:

• Production: typically several weeks.

• Shipping: varies by location and carrier.
